ELECTRICITY (REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 17
Change of particulars
(1) Where any of the particulars provided on the form referred to in
regulation 14 change, the owner shall notify the Director within 4 weeks after
the change.
(2) An owner who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence and is
liable to a fine of $10000. (Enacted 1990)
