ELECTRICITY (REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16
Certificate of generating facility registration
(1) On registration the Director shall issue to the owner a certificate of
generating facility registration.
(2) On Payment of the fee specified in the Schedule, the Director may issue a
replacement copy of the certificate of generating facility registration to the
owner of a registered generating facility. (Enacted 1990)
