ELECTRICITY (REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 15

Register of generating facilities

(1) The Director shall maintain a register of registered generating facilities
and their owners.

(2) The Director shall delete a registration from the register where the
registration is cancelled under the Ordinance.

(3) The Director shall delete a registration from the register where he is
satisfied that the generating facility is no longer required to be registered
under the Ordinance. (Enacted 1990)
