ELECTRICITY (REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Certificate of registration

(1) On registration the Director shall issue a certificate of registration to
the registrant.

(2) On payment of the fee specified in the Schedule, the Director-

   (a)  shall issue to a contractor registrant a copy of his certificate of
        registration for each of his business addresses as required by
        section 34(8); and

   (b)  may issue to a registrant a replacement copy of his certificate of
        registration. (Enacted 1990)
