ELECTRICITY (EXEMPTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Exemption of supplier / customer connection
In addition to the circumstances under which the Director may make an order
under section 9, the Director may, notwithstanding regulation 2, make an order
under that section in relation to electrical work that is necessary to connect
or disconnect an electricity supplier's electrical installation to another
person's electrical installation. (Enacted 1990)
