ELECTRICITY (EXEMPTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3
Government and Housing Authority exemption
Regulation 2 does not apply to fixed electrical installations that are-
(a) installed or maintained by the Government; or
(b) owned by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. (Enacted 1990)
