ELECTRICITY SUPPLY (SPECIAL AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6
Fire risks and company's responsibility
(1) In delivering a supply of electricity to a company's meter terminals, the
company shall exercise all due precautions so as to avoid risk of causing fire
within the special area.
(2) Any company which contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $2000.
