ELECTRICITY SUPPLY (SPECIAL AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Responsibility of company for company's installation

(1) A company shall be responsible for ensuring that the company's
installation is maintained in a safe condition and in all respects fit for
supplying electricity.

(2) Any company which contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $2000 and, in
the case of a continuing offence, to a further penalty of $100 for each day
during which the offence continues.
