ELECTRICITY SUPPLY REGULATIONS - REGULATION 38
Connection of other circuits with earth
The company shall not connect any other circuit with earth except with the
approval of the Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services and subject to
such conditions as he may prescribe. (L.N. 76 of 1982; L.N. 298 of 1982)
