ELECTRICITY SUPPLY REGULATIONS - REGULATION 25
Responsibility of company for lines, etc., on consumer's premises
CONSUMER'S PREMISES
The company shall be responsible for all electric lines, fittings and
apparatus belonging to it or under its control, which may be upon a consumer's
premises, being maintained in a safe condition and in all respect fit for
supplying energy.
