Sub-stations
SUB-STATIONS AND STREET BOXES
Sub-stations shall be established in suitable places and shall be in the sole
occupation and charge of the company. Sub-stations shall be erected above
ground wherever possible, but where necessarily underground, due provision
shall be made for ventilation and for drainage.
