Construction of receptacles for electric lines
ELECTRIC LINES OTHER THAN OVERHEAD LINES
All conduits, pipes, casings and street boxes used as receptacles for electric
lines shall be constructed of durable material, and where laid under
carriage-ways shall be of ample strength to prevent damage from heavy traffic,
and reasonable means shall be taken by the company to prevent accumulation of
gas in such receptacles.
