NOISE CONTROL (MOTOR VEHICLES) REGULATION - SECT 3
Power of Authority to exempt
The Authority may exempt any motor vehicle or class of motor vehicle from the
provisions of this Regulation or any part thereof if he considers that it
would be in the public interest to do so. (Enacted 1996)
