NOISE CONTROL (MOTOR VEHICLES) REGULATION - SECT 2

Interpretation

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires-

"motor cycle" (電單車), "motor tricycle" (機動三輪車), "motor
vehicles" (汽車),

"registered" (登記), "special purpose vehicle" (特別用途車輛),
"vehicle" (車輛) and

"village vehicle" (鄉村車輛) have the same meaning as in the Road Traffic 
Ordinance ( Cap 374). (L.N. 45 of 2002) (Enacted 1996)
