NOISE CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8

Fees payable on application for a construction noise permit

(1) The fee payable on application for a construction noise permit referred to
in regulation 3 shall be $1000.

(2) The fee payable on application for a construction noise permit referred to
