NOISE CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7B

Form of notice cancelling a notice requiring a product to be measured, inspected or tested, or varying any requirement therein

A notice served under section 16(3) of the Ordinance-

   (a)  cancelling a notice requiring a product to be measured, inspected or
        tested shall be in Form 9 in the Schedule;

   (b)  varying any requirement in a notice requiring a product to be
        measured, inspected or tested shall be in Form 10 in the Schedule.
