NOISE CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5
Form of construction noise permit
A construction noise permit issued-
(a) in respect of an application referred to in regulation 3, shall be in
Form 3 in the Schedule; and
(b) in respect of an application referred to in regulation 4, shall be in
Form 4 in the Schedule. (Enacted 1989)
