TATE'S CAIRN TUNNEL BY-LAWS - BYLAW 22
Offences and penalties
Any person who contravenes by-law 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 16B, 17, 18,
19(2), 20 or 21 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on
conviction to a fine of $2000. (Enacted 1991. L.N. 295 of 1995)
