TATE'S CAIRN TUNNEL BY-LAWS - BYLAW 21
Smoking and naked flames
When requested to do so by a tunnel officer, a person shall-
(a) extinguish a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in his possession;
(b) refrain from exposing a naked flame or causing a spark. (Enacted 1991)
