OCEAN PARK BYLAW - SECT 24
Restriction on number of passengers
(1) The maximum capacity of a cable car is 6 passengers.
(2) No person shall board a cable car if every seat in the cable car is
occupied.
(3) A person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and is liable
on conviction to a fine at level 1 and to imprisonment for 3 months.
