OCEAN PARK BYLAW - SECT 18

Refusal of admittance

(1) An attendant may refuse any motor vehicle to enter or remain in a car park
at any time if the refusal is necessary to ensure safety or  order.

(2) A person who-

   (a)  drives or brings a motor vehicle into a car park after the
        motor vehicle has been refused to enter by an attendant; or

   (b)  fails to drive or bring the motor vehicle out of the car park
        immediately after having been requested by an attendant to do so,
        commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 1
        and to imprisonment for 3 months.
