OCEAN PARK BYLAW - SECT 17

Driving licence

(1) A person shall not drive a motor vehicle into or in a car park unless he
is the holder of a valid driving licence, other than a learner's
driving licence, of the class to which the motor vehicle belongs.

(2) The owner of or a person in charge of a motor vehicle shall not permit
another person to drive the motor vehicle into or in a car park unless that
other person is the holder of a valid driving licence, other than a learner's
driving licence, of the class to which the motor vehicle belongs.

(3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and is
liable on conviction to a fine at level 1 and to imprisonment for 3 months.
