ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGULATING ADMITTANCE AND CONDUCT OF PERSONS - SECT 7
Restriction on access to general offices
No person other than a Member or an officer of the Council shall enter any
general office marked as such on the plan without the permission of a Member
or an authorized member of the staff of such office. (Enacted 1992)
