CLUBS (SAFETY OF PREMISES) (FEES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5

Adjustment of fee for certificate of compliance

Where a certificate of compliance is issued under section 5(2)(a) or renewed
under section 9 of the Ordinance for any period other than 12 months, the fee
for such issue or renewal shall be determined by multiplying one-twelfth of
the fee, determinable under regulation 4, by the number of months for which
the certificate of compliance is issued or renewed, as the case may be.
