CLUBS (SAFETY OF PREMISES) (FEES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

Fee payable for the issue or renewal of certificate of exemption

The fee payable for the issue of a certificate of exemption under section  5
(2)(b) or the renewal of a certificate of exemption under section 6(2) of the
Ordinance shall be calculated according to the period of validity of the
certificate as follows-

   (a)  for a period of 12 months-$720;

   (b)  for any other period-one-twelfth of $720 multiplied by the number of
        months for which the certificate is issued or renewed, as the case may
