CLUBS (SAFETY OF PREMISES) (APPEAL BOARD) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10

Representation

At the hearing of the appeal-

   (a)  the appellant may be represented by a barrister or solicitor; and

   (b)  the Secretary may be represented by a barrister or solicitor,
        including a legal officer. (Enacted 1991)
