ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) (DESIGNATION OF PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ZONES) NOTICE - SECT 3

Designation of restricted zones

(Past version on 10/12/1999).

(1) Each area specified in column 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 is designated as a
restricted zone in which the driver of any motor vehicle specified in column 2
opposite to that area (except the driver of a motor vehicle in respect of
which a restricted zone permit is in force) is prohibited absolutely from-

   (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

   (b)  loading or unloading goods.

(2) Each area specified in column 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 is designated as a
restricted zone in which the driver of any motor vehicle specified in column 2
opposite to that area (except the driver of a motor vehicle in respect of
which a restricted zone permit is in force) is prohibited absolutely from
doing any act specified in column 3 opposite to that motor vehicle. (L.N. 88
