ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 52
Equipment
(1) The Commissioner may install and operate on or near a road such equipment
as he considers necessary for-
(a) the collection of information on vehicle and pedestrian movements; and
(b) the control and guidance of vehicles.
(2) No person shall, without the consent of the Commissioner, move, alter or
interfere with such equipment. (L.N. 248 of 1991)
