ROAD TRAFFIC (SAFETY EQUIPMENT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8

Circumstances in which regulations 7, 7A and 7B do not apply

Regulations 7, 7A and 7B shall not apply- (L.N. 288 of 1995; L.N. 162 of 2000)

   (a)  to the driver of a private car, taxi, light bus or goods vehicle, as
        the case may be, while he is performing a manoeuvre which includes
        reversing; and

   (b)  (Repealed L.N. 288 of 1995) (L.N. 37 of 1989)
