ROAD TRAFFIC (SAFETY EQUIPMENT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Offence of selling or hiring out protective helmets other than approved protective helmets
No person shall-
(a) sell or expose for sale;
(b) hire out or expose for hiring out; or
(c) have in his possession for the purpose of selling or hiring out, any
protective helmet other than an approved protective helmet.
