Citation and application

PART I

CITATION AND INTERPRETATION

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Safety 
Equipment) Regulations.

(2) The amendments* made to these regulations by the Road Traffic (Safety
Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 (L.N. 37 of 1989) do not apply to
goods vehicles until 1 January 1990.
