ROAD TRAFFIC (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7

Registration document

(1) A registration document shall be in such form as the Commissioner may
determine and shall contain the particulars specified in Schedule 3.

(2) A registration document issued to a registered owner under regulation 6
shall remain the property of the Government and the commissioner may require a
registration document to be returned to him at any time.

(3) A registered owner shall produce the registration document issued to him
for inspection upon the request of a police officer or the Commissioner within
72 hours of such request and at the place specified at the time of such
request.
