ROAD TRAFFIC (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 32
Application of other provisions to international circulation permits
Regulations 25 and 59 shall apply to an international circulation permit as if
the references therein to a registered owner and to a vehicle licence were
references to a holder of an international circulation permit and to an
international circulation permit respectively.
