Forfeiture of right to license taxis

(1) Any person who fails to license the number of taxis allocated to him
within the time specified in the notification of the allocation to him of the
taxis following a determination by lot pursuant to section 23(5) of the
Ordinance shall forfeit the right to license the number of taxis not then
licensed.

(2) Any person who transfers or purports to transfer his right to license any
number of taxis allocated to him shall forfeit the right to license the number
of taxis so allocated.
