Alterations to a motor vehicle

(1) Without prejudice to regulation 19, the registered owner of a motor
vehicle shall forthwith notify the Commissioner in a form specified by the
Commissioner of any circumstance or event which affects the accuracy of any
entry in the registration document and vehicle licence relating to the
vehicle.

(2) The registered owner of a motor vehicle shall whenever required by the
Commissioner so to do-

   (a)  forthwith furnish to the Commissioner all such information as he may
        require for the purpose of verifying the entries relating to the
        vehicle in the register;

   (b)  forthwith deliver to the Commissioner the registration document and
        vehicle licence relating to the vehicle; and

   (c)  produce the vehicle for examination on such date and at such time and
        place as the Commissioner may specify.
