ROAD TRAFFIC (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12P

Power to seize number plates with cancelled personalized registration marks

Any police officer or other public officer authorized by the Commissioner for
the purposes of this regulation may seize number plates bearing a
cancelled personalized registration mark from the motor vehicle on which they
are displayed.
