Sale by auction of special registration marks

(1) Sales by auction under regulation 9(1) of a special  registration mark
shall, subject to subregulation (1A), be conducted under the direction of the
Commissioner. (25 of 2005 s. 8)

(1A) The Commissioner may engage such persons as he thinks fit for the conduct
of any sale by auction under regulation 9(1) of a special  registration mark.

(2) The Commissioner shall pay the proceeds of such sales, after deduction of
expenses incurred in the conduct thereof, into the Lotteries Fund as defined
in the Government Lotteries Ordinance ( Cap 334).
