ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6
Period of passenger service licence
A passenger service licence may be issued for a period not exceeding 5 years
and may be extended by the Commissioner for a further period or periods each
of not more than 5 years.
