ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 52

Information on services operated under a passenger service licence

(1) Subject to subregulation (2), a licensee may display signs indicating the
services provided by the licensee.

(2) A sign referred to in subregulation (1) shall not be displayed unless it
is-

   (a)  of a type; and

   (b)  at a place, specified by the Commissioner by notice published in the
        Gazette (L.N. 374 of 1989)
