ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5

Form and contents of application

An application under regulation 4 shall be in a form specified by the
Commissioner and shall set out-

   (a)  the type of service proposed;

   (b)  the route or area to be served;

   (c)  the number and type of vehicles to be operated on the service;

   (d)  the maintenance facilities proposed;

   (e)  the staff to be employed;

   (f)  the frequency at and the period on each day during which the service
        shall be operated;

   (g)  proposed fares (if any); and

   (h)  such other particulars as the Commissioner may require.
