ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 37A

Driver may refuse hire or to drive if passenger fails to wear seat belt

The driver of a taxi or public light bus when acting as such may refuse a hire
or to drive the vehicle if a passenger in the vehicle who is required by
regulation 7A or 7B of the Road Traffic (Safety Equipment) Regulations (
Cap 374 sub. leg.) to wear a seat belt refuses or fails to do so. (L.N. 38 of
