CONDITIONS FOR ISSUE OF PARKING CARDS

[regulation 12]

1. The Commissioner or any authorized person issuing a parking card on
his.behalf shall not be liable for any error or omission not drawn to
the.attention of the person issuing at the time of issue. Accordingly,
any.person purchasing a parking card should examine the parking card and.the
change, if any, tendered before leaving the place where the card is.issued.

2. Where a parking card is issued through an automatic vending machine no
refund will be made of any amount in excess of the charge for that card
inserted into the machine.

3. The issue of a parking card shall not provide any guarantee that a
parking space for the motor vehicle shall be available in any of the
parking places designated under these regulations. (L.N. 252 of 1991)
