ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 27C
Cancellation of or refusal to renew disabled person's parking permits
The Commissioner may cancel or refuse to renew a disabled person's parking
permit for breach or contravention of any provision of these regulations or
any condition of the permit and the Commissioner shall notify the holder of
the permit of such cancellation or refusal in writing. (L.N. 29 of 1993)
