ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 26
Mutilated, defaced or altered tickets
Any person who without lawful authority or excuse-
(a) mutilates, defaces or alters any ticket; or
(b) is in possession of any ticket which is mutilated, defaced or altered,
commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $500.
