Cleaning of vehicles in a car park

(1) Subject to any rules made under regulation 17(4), the person in whom the
management of a car park is vested under regulation 17 may subject to such
conditions as he may see fit to impose, issue to an applicant a cleaner's
permit in a form approved by the Commissioner, authorizing the holder to clean
vehicles in a car park.

(2) The fee for the issue of a cleaner's permit shall be $45. (L.N. 298 of

(3) Subject to subregulation (4), a cleaner's permit shall be valid for a
period of 1 year from the date of issue.

(4) A cleaner's permit may be revoked for any breach of its conditions or upon
the conviction of the holder for an offence under regulation 25(2).
