Designation of car parks

PART IV

CAR PARKS

(1) The Commissioner may by notice published in the Gazette designate any
place as a car park and in such notice may limit the use of such car park or
any part thereof to any particular class or type of motor vehicle, and by
notice published in the Gazette may revoke or amend any such designation.

(2) The Commissioner may by notice published in the Gazette limit the hours
during which motor vehicles or any particular class or type of motor vehicle
may enter or use a car park.
