ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12A

Approved cards

The Commissioner may by notice published in the Gazette-

   (a)  approve any card or other similar device-

        (i)    not being a card or other device issued by him or on his behalf
               or authorized or arranged to be issued by him; and

        (ii)   which he considers appropriate, for use in payment of a parking
               fee in conjunction with a parking meter or a pay and display
               machine, specified under paragraph (b) or for the operation of
               an automatic vending machine;

   (b)  specify with reference to class, construction, location or otherwise,
        any parking meter, pay and display machine or automatic vending
        machine for the purposes of paragraph (a). (L.N. 252 of 1991)
