ROAD TRAFFIC (DRIVING LICENCES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 48
Transitional provisions
(1) The Tenth Schedule shall have effect for the purposes of transition to the
provisions of these regulations from the provisions of the
Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations ( Cap 220 sub. leg. 1982 Ed.)
revoked by regulation 47 of these regulations and shall be in addition to and
shall not derogate from section 23 of the Interpretation
and General Clauses Ordinance ( Cap 1).
