Re-testing of driving licence holders

(1) Where, pursuant to the order of a court a re-testing of a driving
licence holder is required, the Commissioner shall, unless the licence holder
is otherwise disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence, give to
the licence holder a notice in writing requiring him to submit himself for a
driving test on the date and at the time and place specified in the notice,
such date to be not less than 14 days from the date of service of such notice,
and shall issue to the licence holder a driving test form in accordance with
regulation 31(2).

(2) No fee shall be payable for a driving test under this regulation.
