ROAD TRAFFIC (DRIVING LICENCES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

Exemptions

Amendments retroactively made - see 23 of 1998 s. 2 The Chief Secretary for
Administration in his discretion may waive any of these regulations in respect
of the driver of a motor vehicle which is the property of a government other
than the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region temporarily
brought into Hong Kong for the use of an accredited representative of such
